About San Diego Machine Group



San Diego Machine Group is a machine shop in a 16000 sq. ft. air conditioned workspace that is ITAR and ISO9001 certified. We have over 50 employees. We have several value added aspects to our business group such as cable harness fabrication, printed circut assembly (SMT and Thru Hole) as well as conformal coating and potting operations. We are able to perform turnkey assembly of complex electromechanical assemblies. Try us out as a machine shop and then let our quality operation and experience convince you to let us build and assemble your whole product. We are one of the few shops in San Diego that has a in house clean room for precision assemblies.

 

We run a production oriented shop, we typically run optimized tooling in job specific fixturing.

Production leadtime: 1-4 weeks

Prototype / Single Piece qty: 1-7 days (overnights are possible)
